My Story

Life is all about helping out when you can and giving back to your community when the opportunity presents itself. This is my 6th year participating and I set my goal to ride a minimum of 1000kms during the month of August. I am dealing with a hip issue so my mileage is down a bit. In keeping with my motto of #makingmygoalsbiggerthanmyexcuses, I intent to suck it up and step up my game over the next 18 days.

I've raised a lot of funds and cycled a lot of Kms for Sickkids fighting cancer over the last 5 years. My current totals are over 17,000 kms ridden and over $14,000 raised. I am happy and proud that I have the health and fitness to continue giving back in my small way.

Please consider supporting me for this great cause. My daughter was a nurse at SickKids so I have first hand knowledge of how awesome this amazing hospital is. It depends on events like this to continue providing help to the kiddos.
