This year, 2024, will be the fifth year I have participated. To date, I've ridden 1959 km and raised $6,276.00, and I'm 76 years old.

This year, I am riding for my husband and now our son - both who are fighting cancer.

Cancer is the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada. Unfortunately, this year I will have less than two weeks to ride and fundraise so have had to lower my goals. I'll be out there doing my best.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am doing what I can to help raise funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.
