My Story
This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!
I have always believed in utilizing one's talents/passions for the good of not only oneself, but of humanity as a whole. When you have a skill or are passionate about something, I strongly believe you should use it to create positive change in the world.
It is for this exact reason that I have decided to take part in the Great Cycle Challenge. Biking has been one of my favourite summer activities for my entire life, and I have spent countless kilometres on my bike over the years. This year, I hope to be able to use some of those kilometres to raise money for a cause that is important to me and many others.
Childhood cancers afflict countless families every single year across Canada. To be able to utilize my passion for biking to contribute any amount to research with the aim of preventing this burden for countless more families in the future is an honour.
I hope that you will consider donating to my campaign, and I can't wait to see how far we can get together!
