My Story

So. I signed up for the Great Cycle Challenge this August.

Do I love biking?

Not really.

Do I look good in spandex?

Also not really.

But here we are.

Every year, over 1,700 kids in Canada are diagnosed with cancer.

And that’s not okay. Like, at all.

Kids shouldn’t be fighting for their lives.

They should be climbing trees, yelling “watch this!” and eating snacks off the floor with questionably building immunity.

So I’m riding to raise some funds for SickKids Foundation, to support the work they’re doing to help kids and their families get through the worst of it.

Whether or not you believe the system has all the answers (👀), I think we can agree on this:

no kid—or their family—should have to walk through that kind of hell alone.
