Another good ride today 20km starting at the Courtenay Airpark to Royston on the Courtenay Greenway Trail, back into downtown for a coffee at the Mudshark and onto the Whistle Stop for Stella’s and a well deserved rest 👍
My total is now 151km and the team total is at 395km
21 k ride today down the white spot trail with a stop down town Courtenay on the way back for a coffee at the Twisted Mint, as of today I have completed 131k so far 👍
The team has now completed 374.7km

This was a quick ride down to the lake and back as I wanted to get over the 100km barrier 👍 which I did and a little extra I have now complete 110km, so it’s as they say dawn hill from hear lol 😂
Very busy at the lake I’ve never see so many people or so many boat trailers! its going to be a big problem when they want to get off the lake and go home later tonight!

Well another great ride this morning for the 3 Amegoes Mansfield Air Park and back with a stop off at the Twisted Mint Cafe for a great cup of coffee if you haven’t tried it you must go. It’s in between 5th and 6th streets just up from the 5th street florists 👍
The team is over 1/3rd of the way to our target.

Rode to Comox Lake again this morning another good day for riding. Added some extra Kms today added up to 20+ so up to 61 in the first week 👍 onward and upwards, thanking you all for the support .
