This August, Team Adriana is taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids’ cancer — in honour of our friend and warrior, Hendrix, who is courageously facing cancer for the second time.

Our team was inspired by our daughter Adriana, who was diagnosed with leukemia at just three years old. After over two years of treatment, she completed her journey this spring — but many children, like Hendrix, are still in the fight.

Every year, more than 1,700 children in Canada are diagnosed with cancer. It’s the number one disease-related cause of death in children — and that’s something we’re determined to change.

We’re riding to raise funds for the SickKids Foundation, to support their critical work in childhood cancer research, treatments, and ultimately, a cure.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.
