My Story

This August, I'm back for my third year riding in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer, this time with an extra challenge of my own.

Earlier this year, I had ACL surgery. Recovery hasn't been easy, but throughout the pain, rehab, and setbacks, my motivation hasn't wavered. Because no matter what I'm going through, it's nothing compared to what thousands of children face every day when they're diagnosed with cancer.

Every year, over 1,700 kids in Canada are diagnosed with this devastating disease. It's the number one killer of children by disease in our country.

Kids should be chasing dreams, not battling cancer. That’s why I’m once again raising funds for the SickKids Foundation, helping them continue their vital work in research, treatments, and the search for a cure.

Even if I can’t ride as far or as fast as before, every pedal stroke will be for them.
