My Story

This August, I am taking part in the Great Cycle Challenge to fight kids' cancer!

Why? Because right now, over 1,700 children are diagnosed with cancer every year, and it's the biggest killer of children from disease in Canada.

Kids should be living life, not fighting for it.

So I am raising funds through my challenge to help these kids and support SickKids Foundation to allow them to continue their work in developing treatments and finding a cure for childhood cancer.

Took my last ride this morning, in support of SickKids! A beautiful day, sun was shining and it was much cooler making for a comfortable ride 🚲 A huge thank you to everyone who has supported my efforts this month, to those cheering me on, riding with me, and contributing financially to the cause. A shoutout to my Dad for providing the Gatorade to keep me energized on my rides!

Manitoulin Adventure

I didn’t get much biking done over the last five days as I explored Manitoulin Island. A grand total of 11 km, as I biked to Loco Beanz to get my morning coffee each day ☕️ Did a lot of hiking on trails and the escarpment, experienced a Dark Sky area and walking behind waterfalls. So much fun 🤩
